Licensed Practical Nurses can promote health and healing at Wolseley Memorial Integrated Care Centre in Wolseley. This is a full-time position.
As a full time regular Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide education and care within the Chronic Resident Unit. You will support clients, patients, and residents through all phases of healthcare. The Saskatchewan Health Authority is committed to coordinated, quality, safe, and patient-centred services.
Key Responsibilities: Promote health and healing for clients, patients, and residents
Provide education as a member of the healthcare team
Support optimum care throughout all healthcare phases
Work within the Chronic Resident Unit
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse designation
Registration or eligibility with CLPNS
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Ability to work independently
Bring practical nursing, education, organizational, and interpersonal skills to the Saskatchewan Health Authority in Wolseley.
