Key Responsibilities: Support members using technological tools and applications
Provide advice about banking transactions and operations
Promote Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels
Address fraud or irregularities and refer appropriate partners
Adhere to compliance, security, and risk management rules
Requirements: High school diploma in a related field
At least two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
Effective communication and customer focus
