This Purchaser role supports technology products, equipment, and supplies across WBM. You will process purchase orders, source products, and track outstanding orders. The work also involves vendor communication, inventory coordination, and collaboration with Sales and Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders across business purchasing requirements
Source products and obtain vendor pricing
Track backorders, delays, and changing delivery estimates
Maintain purchasing, inventory, pricing, and vendor information
Coordinate returns, RMAs, and RTVs with vendors
Requirements: Previous purchasing, procurement, or order management experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Robust Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Comfort working with numbers, pricing, inventory, and data
Support WBM’s technology purchasing operations through accurate orders, vendor coordination, inventory knowledge, and strong communication.
