TC Energy seeks a Paralegal for its Counterparty Risk, Financial Assurances team. You will support preparation, negotiation and administration while working with analysts, Legal, business partners and counterparties. The work requires organized ownership from initial request through execution and records management.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, negotiate and execute financial assurance documentation
Review documents against templates, contracts and negotiated terms
Administer amendments, renewals, replacements, expiries and reporting




Maintain accurate records in approved systems and repositories
Update templates, procedures and supporting materials
Requirements: Recognized Legal Assistant or Paralegal program completion
Minimum four years of Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience
Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Robust organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
