This experienced, client-focused Swim Instructor teaches strokes, swimming techniques, and safety rules. You will assess progress and adjust teaching programs accordingly. The work includes planning progressive lessons, correcting techniques, and supporting positive learning environments.
Key Responsibilities: Teach techniques, strokes, and water safety rules
Assess progress and adjust teaching programs accordingly
Plan progressive lessons for varying abilities
Monitor students and prevent accidents or injuries
Maintain clean, tidy pools and locker rooms
Requirements: Current CPR, Standard First Aid, and swim certifications
Bronze Cross or NL certification
Sound knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety
Robust swimming ability and effective communication skills
Excellent conflict resolution skills and commitment to Core Values
Bring experienced instruction, safety awareness, and effective communication to help Swim Time students develop confidently in the water.
