Serve appealing meals and support resident dining at AgeCare Villa Forum in Mississauga, Ontario, with food service and customer care skills. This regular part time position supports welcoming meal experiences for residents and guests.
Reporting to the Director or Dietary Manager, the Dietary Aide assists with meal service setup, preparation, serving, and cleanup. The work includes dining room support, kitchen cleanliness, catering, and special events. Previous food service and seniors’ experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
Prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other service items
Set and explicit tables and deliver required tray service
Clean dishware, cutlery, kitchen,



and dining areas
Support catering, theme events, and employee orientation
Requirements: Required Food Handler’s Certificate
Food Service Worker Training Program enrollment or completion
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift hot, heavy items and stand or walk
Current Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Check, or willingness to obtain
Support resident dining at AgeCare Villa Forum through courteous service, safe food practices, and dependable meal preparation assistance.
