Apply Building Automation Systems expertise as a Technician III, operating facility mechanical systems and completing inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
This regular, full time position supports facility operations, mechanical equipment, and other building systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining asset integrity and uninterrupted client operations. The work includes Building Automation Systems, HVAC systems, work orders, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Operate facility mechanical and other building systems
Conduct walkthroughs and monitor mechanical and electrical equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned systems
Manage work orders through completion and record resolution data




Identify deficiencies and provide repair or enhancement suggestions
Requirements: High school diploma plus trades training, certification, or licensing
Minimum three years maintaining HVAC or pneumatic or hydraulic systems
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems and HVAC systems
Building Operator Certification or provincial HVAC or apprentice license
Valid driver's license and willingness to work shifts or on-call
Use BAS knowledge, HVAC maintenance skills, and sound facility practices to support reliable operations as a Technician III.
