Support parts customers and warehouse operations as a full time Parts Person at Brandt’s Fort McMurray Construction and Forestry location.
This Parts Person role helps customers find necessary parts, provides pricing information, and processes online parts orders. You will support the Parts Business through inventory duties and warehouse operations. The position reports to the Parts Manager and works collaboratively to deliver customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials
Locate parts and ship them to customers and branches
Assist branch service technicians as required
Place inventory stock orders and adjust bins
Document shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
Requirements: Meet the physical demands of parts warehousing
Lift up to 50 pounds
Provide effective customer service by phone and in person
Operate computers and use Excel for data management
Previous parts industry experience preferred
Bring parts knowledge, customer service, inventory accuracy, and warehouse skills to Brandt’s Fort McMurray team.
