As a Guest Service Agent, you will help ensure guest satisfaction during this brand-current lodge opening. You will assist with guest needs, reservations, information requests, and concerns. Organization, time management, accuracy, and communication are essential in this guest-facing position.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and employees courteously upon arrival
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and registration paperwork
Enter registration data into site software and systems
Answer calls, emails, and faxes professionally
Attend safety meetings and emergency response procedures
Requirements: Previous guest services experience
Microsoft Suite skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
