Key Responsibilities: Prepare applications, endorsements, binders, and invoices through EPIC
Process insurance documents using carrier portals
Recommend additional coverages and assist with renewals
Manage cancellations, policy changes, and renewal lists
Respond to client and underwriter inquiries promptly
Requirements: Two to five years of personal lines brokerage experience
Required RIBO license
Understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages
Familiarity with EPIC or Compuquote is advantageous
