Key Responsibilities: Support contractor customers at the counter, by phone, and email
Handle order picking, entry, pricing, and maintenance requests
Assist sales teams with customer orders and requests
Address defective products, returns,



and related product problems
Maintain stock and product levels in the counter area
Requirements: Two to four years electrical industry experience or equivalent knowledge
Minimum one year of warehouse experience
High accuracy and solid attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and professional phone communication
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and accept forklift training
