The Stage Experience Lead oversees Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare, or combined departments at Sephora. This role ensures cast members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service. It supports store objectives through feedback, training, events, coaching, and business awareness.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure on-stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model
Respond to client feedback across assigned departments
Support training in Client Interactive Technology
Coordinate in-store events supporting goals and client needs
Coach performance and participate in regular check-ins
Requirements: One to three years’ similar-role experience
Experience in a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence business partners clearly
Ability to identify and develop talented store leaders
Bring sales-floor leadership, client service, communication, and coaching skills to Sephora’s Grande Prairie store experience.
