Coordinate Moët Hennessy marketing activations and events from Charton Hobbs’ Calgary office, using organization and project management skills. Regular field work includes Alberta travel, evenings and weekends.

As Marketing & Event Coordinator, you will support programs across the Moët Hennessy portfolio. The role combines event planning, brand activation, account management and logistics. You will work with the Alberta Market Activation Manager, sales team and Senior Regional Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Moët Hennessy activations across retail, on-premise and partnerships
- Plan events, including setup, teardown and materials coordination
- Manage key on-premise accounts in Edmonton
- Coordinate artwork, printing,



shipments and POSM inventory
- Maintain calendars, reporting and post-activation case studies

Requirements:

- Marketing or event management experience
- Strong organization, project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork and attention to detail
- Robust Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to carry event materials
