As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will manage housekeeping and porter services while overseeing personnel and site financial management. The position requires housekeeping procedures, laundry management, budgeting, and robust administrative organization. You will support cleanliness, service standards, training, and daily staffing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage interviews, selection, hiring, evaluations, and occasional terminations
- Coordinate housekeeping and porter services with infection control emphasis
- Manage site costs and expenses within approved budgets
- Develop policies, procedures, and job routines for site needs




- Train staff and maintain cleanliness and service standards

Requirements:

- At least two years of Environmental Services Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and laundry management
- Strong understanding of infection control and health and safety
- Understanding of budgeting processes and profit and loss concepts
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
