Lead Sephora store operations with inventory management and visual merchandising expertise at the Meadowlands location in Ancaster, Ontario.

As Team Lead, Operations, you will directly manage Operations team members and support staffing, overnight stock, and operational leadership. You will ensure company standards guide store execution, merchandise handling, supplies, and visuals. This full time, regular position also includes Manager on Duty responsibilities and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations for the Sephora store
- Manage shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting
- Maintain merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals
- Manage cleaning crews through feedback and coaching
- Act as Manager on Duty and engage clients

Requirements:

- One to three years’ similar-role experience
- Experience in a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Ability to influence peers and provide feedback
- Strong store operations skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
