As an Intermediate Accident Benefits Advisor, you will support timely, equitable claim resolutions within individual authority. Apply coverage interpretation, reserve management, investigation, communication, and negotiation skills while educating customers and providers about auto reform changes and the Premiere Healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret insurance contracts and resolve policy coverages
- Establish and adjust reserves under corporate guidelines
- Handle Accident Benefits claims within individual authority
- Acquire investigative reports, examinations, and required statements
- Resolve issues involving legislation and settlement negotiations

Requirements:

- Two or more years handling Accident Benefits claims
- College Diploma, Associate Degree, or similar experience
- CIP designation or progress toward CIP licensing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organization and adaptability across computer programs
