The Junior Accountant / Financial Analyst supports reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and close activities. Reporting to the Director of Finance and guided by the Corporate Controller, this role helps prepare timely information, financial analyses, and management reports for operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Assist with audits and auditor inquiries
- Develop budgets, forecasts, models, and operating plans
- Prepare variance explanations and management reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Active CPA designation pursuit or enrolment
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency with formulas and pivot tables
