Chinook’s Edge School Division seeks an Educational Assistant for students in grades 5-8. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to a student requiring assistance with feeding and bathroom use. Preference goes to certified Educational Assistants with experience supporting students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one educational support to a student
Support the student with feeding
Support the student with bathroom use
Work within Innisfail Middle School’s grades 5-8 setting
Requirements: Educational Assistant certification preferred
Experience working with students with complex needs preferred
Experience providing one-to-one support preferred
Ability to provide required criminal record check
Ability to provide vulnerable sector check
Support student needs through certified educational assistance, complex-needs experience, feeding support, and one-to-one care in Innisfail.
