Strengthen retail security at SportChek with Loss Prevention leadership, employee coaching, incident logging, and focused sales-floor awareness throughout the store.
This Store Loss Prevention Lead reports to the Store General Manager and leads efforts reducing internal and external loss. The position requires executing all aspects of the Loss Prevention Program, protecting high-value products, and ensuring customers receive acknowledgment. You will also communicate information to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Lead store efforts to reduce internal and external loss
Maintain front-of-store and department presence
Ensure products follow Loss Prevention tagging standards
Keep high-value products locked securely
Share incident information with Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Requirements: High School Diploma
Loss Prevention Officer or in-store security experience considered an asset
Retail experience considered an asset
Employee training and mentoring experience
Ability to lift and move containers up to 50 pounds
Apply retail security judgment, Loss Prevention leadership, product protection, and communication skills across the SportChek store.
