As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will counsel existing, assigned, and new clients on personal insurance coverage options. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will build rapport, manage a Personal Lines Book of Business, and become familiar with other insurance lines. The position emphasizes sales growth, retention, coverage reviews, and cross-selling ONE Insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional counsel on personal lines coverage options
Prospect new customers and action all leads
Manage assigned Personal Lines Book of Business requirements




Place coverage with insurance markets and manage paper flow
Support Autopac transactions and review annual coverage needs
Requirements: Minimum two years managing a Personal Lines book preferred
Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
Full CAIB designation considered a strong asset
Organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Effective communication and versatile team approach
