Support secure, independent living as a Personal Support Worker with CBI Home Health in St. Catharines, Ontario, through a six-month contract.
This part-time position provides guaranteed hours in North St. Catharines or Thorold/South St. Catharines. You will deliver personal care, support mobility, document changes, and communicate with managers, supervisors, clients, and families. The assignment includes scheduled morning or evening rotations.
Key Responsibilities: Support clients’ safety and independence in their homes
Provide personal care and assist mobility or light exercises
Observe, document, and report changes in client conditions
Perform light housekeeping according to care plans
Complete scheduled visits throughout designated communities
Requirements: Personal Support Worker Certificate or accepted equivalent
Valid Level C First Aid and CPR certification
Recent vulnerable sector criminal record check, TB test, and immunizations
Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between homes
Ability to lift 35 pounds and assist two-person transfers
Bring personal care, mobility support, documentation, and reliable communication to CBI Home Health clients in St. Catharines.
