Support client dignity and independence as a Health Care Aide providing personal care, mobility assistance, nutrition, and daily living support.
This Health Care Aide provides direct care and environmental support within established standards, policies, and procedures. You will encourage clients to participate in their care while following individualized plans and communicating changes to the team leader. The work includes hygiene, elimination, feeding, positioning, observations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Encourage client participation in daily living activities
Provide or assist with personal hygiene and grooming
Support elimination, mobility, feeding, and nutrition needs
Apply compression stockings, braces, splints, and safety measures




Protect privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and individual identity
Requirements: Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate
Alternative education and experience combinations may be considered
Strong demonstrated communication and organizational abilities
Ability to adapt techniques and procedures flexibly
Ability to perform position duties regularly
Bring compassionate personal support, protected care techniques, flexibility, and communication skills to clients’ changing needs.
