As a Customer Care Representative, you will support Hearing Care Professionals within a retail clinic workplace. The work includes client account management, relationship building, insurance billing, and communication by phone, email, and in person. Training is provided for device cleanings and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional in-person, phone, and email customer service
Schedule appointments for clinic clients and Hearing Care Professionals
Organize files and maintain accurate client accounts




Coordinate insurance companies and third-party billing operations
Assist with device cleanings and minor in-clinic repairs
Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience reconciling accounts receivable or willingness to learn
Commitment to helping others and building client relationships
Availability to travel to other clinics
Can-Do attitude with passion for learning
