Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, and resource bakery department team members
Deliver operational excellence through service, safety, and merchandising
Communicate objectives and key messages to department employees
Review financial reports and present department KPIs
Lead inventory counts and resolve department issues
Requirements: One to three years of retail experience
Food Protected Certification
Leadership experience considered an asset
Knowledge of sales targets and profitability
Experience with training, coaching, and mentoring
