Serve CIBC clients in Kanata through client engagement, branch banking, and everyday financial services support. This is an on-site full time position.
As a Client Engagement Associate on CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a banking centre. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, explain banking products, and connect clients with appropriate solutions and team members. The position focuses on client service, customer experience, digital banking guidance, and identifying opportunities. You will help clients manage accounts and products while supporting the sale of basic banking products. Regular hours total 37.5 weekly, with evenings and weekends potentially required.
