Build trusted customer relationships as an Insurance Advisor in Kelowna, recommending insurance products and services for life events and future needs. BCAA provides on-the-job training.
At BCAA, you will help current and current customers select, secure, and renew coverage. The position combines sales, service, account management, and insurance expertise. You will review policies, recommend coverage, process transactions, and work with Support Teams and Underwriting. This role offers a path toward Senior Insurance Advisor within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities: Recommend BCAA insurance products and services to customers
Review coverage and recommend policy changes in person or by phone
Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting on coverage
Process payments, policies,



renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Maintain licensing requirements and complete BCAA training courses
Requirements: At least two years in sales and service
Six months of general insurance experience
Level 1 Insurance license and Level 2 commitment
Autoplan Essentials completion or three-month commitment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and technology
Bring insurance knowledge, customer service, and sound judgment to help BCAA Members receive appropriate coverage in Kelowna.
