Snow Valley Ski Resort – Marketing Manager
Full-Time | Year-Round | Minesing, Ontario
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
Snow Valley Ski Resort is seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our year-round marketing efforts.
As we celebrate our 75th anniversary, we’re seeking someone who can bring fresh ideas, strengthen our family-focused brand, and help drive resort visitation, revenue, and guest loyalty.
This hands‑on management position oversees marketing strategy, digital advertising, website content, social media, email campaigns, media relations, and budget management.



The successful candidate will work closely with resort departments to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns for our winter and year-round activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Five or more years of relevant marketing experience
Solid digital marketing, content creation, and communication skills
Experience managing campaigns, advertising budgets, and measuring results
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Experience in tourism, hospitality, recreation, or seasonal businesses is an asset
Anticipated Start Date: December 1, 2026
