Brandt Tractor Ltd seeks a Customer Support Advisor for its Mississauga Construction & Forestry location. This position combines sales, customer communication, territory planning, and after-sales support. You will promote products and incentives, expand the customer base, and help resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and cold call new accounts to promote products
Maintain communication with existing customers and resolve issues
Visit customers daily to increase parts and service revenue




Execute territory plans and maintain customer target lists
Document calls, meetings, opportunities, quotes, and customer notes
Requirements: Previous sales experience within the industry
Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Ability to travel within assigned territory and work flexibly
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Solid time management and deadline skills
