Key Responsibilities: Place vendor orders and maintain detailed order records
Coordinate production schedules and prepare stakeholder reports
Assign machines to branch sales and rentals
Maintain machine details using Record 360
Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and create inventory records
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written, oral, and analytical communication skills
Strong work ethic
Knowledge and experience with ERP systems
Three to five years relevant experience or related education considered an asset
