This Organizational Excellence Lead works within the Chief Executive Officer portfolio under the Quality, Risk and Safety Supervisor. The role shapes training and development, coordinates mandatory skills-based learning, supports quality assurance, and strengthens person-centered, values-based supports. It combines education leadership, compliance, data-informed decisions, and systems-level improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead competency-based training program development and delivery
Coordinate mandatory skills-based training across the Agency
Create or source engaging adult learner training materials




Analyze and report training and quality outcome data
Manage learning systems, certifications, and performance tracking
Requirements: At least five years’ developmental services sector experience
Proven adult learner training delivery experience
Knowledge of quality standards and compliance frameworks
Robust communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer, presentation, data tracking, and reporting skills
Apply training leadership, facilitation, and data-informed quality improvement to strengthen person-centered services across the Agency.
