Build pension administration experience with OMERS in Toronto through transactional processing, data review, and written employer communications. This student position supports accurate, timely information.
As an Employer Experience Student, you will work alongside experienced Specialists within Pensions. You will develop analytical, organizational, and technical skills while supporting administrators across OMERS. The work includes reviewing submissions, using pension administration systems, and communicating with Employers about incomplete information.
Key Responsibilities: Support transactional processing, including annual reconciliation work
Review and validate Employer submissions and data
Process transactions using OMERS pension administration systems




Follow up with Employers through e-Correspondence and email
Analyze issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
Requirements: Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program
Eligible for a student or co-op work term
Strong written communication and Microsoft Office skills
Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Integrity and discretion handling sensitive information
Develop pension knowledge while applying data review, processing, communication, and analytical skills supporting OMERS Employers and members.
