Doman’s Inside Sales Representative supports customers ranging from independent lumber yards to national home improvement chains. The generalist position sells engineered wood products, siding, decking, railing, and other building materials. You will answer inquiries, enter orders, coordinate information, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls for orders, quotes, and inquiries
Verify requirements and secure maximum invoice value
Enter customer orders accurately into the system
Recommend complementary products and promotions
Relay information to operations team members
Requirements: Excellent phone-based customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Comfort with outbound calls to existing customers
Comfort using Excel, Word, Outlook, and computers
High school graduation and strong English communication
Bring accurate order entry, product learning, and phone-based sales skills to Doman’s Saskatoon building materials customers.
