Reporting to the Manager of Verifications, the Screening Agent processes employment, reference, academic diploma, and qualified accreditation verifications. The role follows company protocols, industry standards, privacy requirements, and client mandates. Strong communication, organization, customer service, and technology skills support accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Execute verification work using available tools and procedures
Acquire consent documents for requested verifications
Conduct outbound and incoming calls during verifications




Provide results according to established procedures
Apply privacy, security, and escalation standards
Requirements: High school diploma or recognized Canadian equivalent
Fluency in spoken and written Persian is an asset
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web tools
Organization, autonomy, discretion, and attention to detail
