The Courier Team Lead assists management with daily activities and remote domicile or feeder operations where applicable. You will oversee best practices, model role-model behaviour, and mentor hourly employees. The work emphasizes leadership, coaching, prioritization, and effective operations. You will also support employee training and sector performance through established Best Practices methods.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
One year of current Courier experience
Valid driver's licence and valuable driving record
Ability to motivate, coach, and train employees
Ability to prioritize and delegate time-sensitive work
