Prepare concession food safely at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership while serving fans in a customer-facing environment. Smart Serve certification is required.
As a Concession Cook, you will maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards at MLSE venues. The work includes opening and closing duties, stocking fan areas, and supporting administrative or service functions. Previous food service experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Practice secure food handling principles independently and diligently
Complete required opening and closing duties
Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
Clean and stock areas for fans
Follow MLSE service, health, and safety standards
Requirements: Valid Smart Serve certification
Legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to walk extensively and lift up to 50 pounds
Bring safe food handling, customer service, and dependable concession operations to MLSE fans across its venues.
