S3 Group Ltd. is recruiting Inside Sales Representatives for its Saskatchewan-based manufacturing business. You will answer inquiries, provide sales and service support, troubleshoot warranty issues, and assist the sales team administratively. The work includes customer communication, data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Generate sales quotes for multiple agricultural product lines
Process sales orders, warranty claims, and order updates
Develop customer delivery schedules and manage forecasts
Research and generate current customer leads and contacts
Attend requested trade shows and industry conferences
Requirements: Minimum one year of sales and customer service experience
Minimum Grade 12 diploma
Valid driver's license
Agricultural background preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
