As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships and guide clients toward appropriate banking solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions

Support scheduled cash and non-cash branch transactions
Complete business processes accurately and report non-standard matters
Requirements: High School diploma and one year relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Use MS Office, branch software, and internet proficiently
Demonstrate banking solutions and process knowledge
