The full-time Western Distribution Centre Coordinator supports Distribution Centre operations through problem solving, communication, and staff liaison. You will create delivery appointments, support Receiving, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role connects receiving teams, Logistics, Merchandise Analysts, Supervisors, and the DC Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Create inbound loads and check in drivers
Create delivery appointments with carriers
Post purchase orders and enter inventory data
Investigate discrepancy reports and complete adjustments
Provide administrative support to Receiving and Supervisors
Requirements: Post-secondary education
Three to five years of related experience
Warehouse or distribution centre experience
Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
Ability to manage multiple deadlines calmly
Bring communication, inventory accuracy, and distribution centre support skills to this full-time Surrey coordinator position.
