Operate production equipment at Decibel Cannabis Company in Calgary, using troubleshooting skills and careful attention to process. Work full time on day shifts.
This permanent operator position supports all aspects of cannabis production at Decibel. You will set up equipment, conduct inspections, handle basic repairs, and maintain cleanliness while following production and sanitation forms in English. The schedule runs three days on and three days off year-round.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and clean production equipment as directed
Conduct routine equipment inspections during daily activities
Handle basic repairs and troubleshoot common issues
Follow formulation sheets, ratios, and production priorities
Work with the team toward business KPIs
Requirements: Proven operator experience
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to replace defective machine parts safely
Ability to wear respirators, aprons, and safety goggles
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently
Bring equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and process attention to Decibel’s Calgary cannabis production operations.
