As a Level 1 Tangerine Advisor, you will coach, educate, and enable Canadians to become better investors. Assess financial situations, explain products, and provide recommendations suited to client needs. Support investments, deposits, mutual funds, and exchange traded funds while serving clients through inbound phone and E-services channels.
Key Responsibilities: Assess client suitability and financial circumstances
Explain investment strategies, products, risks, and costs
Create customized investment action plans
Assist with trades and account maintenance accurately
Meet phone and E-services productivity, sales, and quality targets
Requirements: French and English bilingualism required
Minimum high school diploma
Two to three years’ retail, sales, or customer service experience
Successful completion of CSC or IFIC
Excellent sales, service, writing, and reading comprehension skills
Use bilingual communication, investment knowledge, and sound judgment to deliver tailored advice and service for Tangerine clients.
