Brandt seeks experienced welders for manufacturing, welcoming apprentices and journeymen. The work requires MIG, MCAW, and FCAW experience, material specification knowledge, and accurate production records. Candidates should understand written and verbal instructions while working with minimal supervision. Fabrication experience supports the assignment, while routine maintenance, forklift, crane, and heavy steel welding experience are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Weld components using MIG and stick processes
- Understand material sizes and product specifications
- Complete process sheets and count finished pieces accurately
- Report damaged goods and scrap to supervisors
- Assist current welders when required

Requirements:

- Manufacturing welding experience required
- Minimum two years preferred; three years receives preference
- Read and understand shop drawings
- Operate hand and power tools knowledgeably
- Lift up to 50 pounds
