This winter seasonal operator position runs from October 1st to April 30th, with potential for year round employment. You will maintain Alberta Provincial Highways while supporting local communities. The work includes truck operation, labourer duties, and highway hazard remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders
- Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways throughout winter
- Assist with crack sealing and pothole repair
- Clean bridges and highway signage
- Work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements:

- Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 license with air endorsement
- Explicit three year driver’s abstract
- Complete pre employment drug and alcohol testing
- Perform physical tasks lifting up to 50 pounds
- Snowplow or wheel loader experience is an asset
