Konica Minolta seeks an Office Systems Specialist to maintain and repair MFPs while supporting customer relationships and sales collaboration. The position combines break-fix service, customer support, accurate records, and learning new technologies. English proficiency is required for regular communication across Canada and outside Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues
- Perform on-site service for multifunction products
- Maintain effective customer and sales relationships
- Manage parts, calls, records, and KPI targets
- Learn new technologies and follow KMBS procedures

Requirements:

- Community College Certificate in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent
- Install and troubleshoot basic printing and scanning solutions
- Communicate strongly verbally and in writing
- Own a vehicle with valid insurance and appropriate coverage
- Hold a valid driver’s license and good driving record
