As a Staff Pharmacist, you will assist the Pharmacy Manager with pharmacy operations and patient care. The position includes prescription processing, patient counselling, medication reviews, injections, product storage, and privacy protection. You will follow Walmart best ways and standard operating procedures while supporting pharmacy service and business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care based on consultation and file review
Accept prescriptions and refill requests from authorized sources
Fill prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and safely




Counsel patients on sold pharmaceutical products
Ensure eligible medication reviews and injections are provided
Requirements: Pharmacist License required
Additional Prescribing Authorization optionally available in Alberta
Age sixteen or older
Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations
Operate pharmacy registers and computer systems
Support Walmart patients in Penticton through accurate prescriptions, counselling, medication services, and privacy-focused pharmacy operations.
