Key Responsibilities: Respond courteously and precisely to customer inquiries and requests
Manage regional clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Process Return Goods Authorizations under company policies




Support B2B, EDI, and website platform use
Coordinate product availability and timely delivery
Requirements: Completed college diploma
Two years of relevant similar experience
Fluent spoken and written French and English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Strong organization, precision, and interpersonal skills
