This supervisor works under the Operations Manager on projects assigned by senior operations leadership. The position engages hourly and salaried employees throughout a vertically integrated automotive fastener supplier. Responsibilities include developing operational KPIs and improving onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities: Handle assigned continuous improvement projects
Advance automotive manufacturing through WCM principles
Develop plant operations performance indicators
Deliver EHS and CTPAT improvement projects




Support plant maintenance and onboarding improvements
Requirements: Preferred automotive manufacturing experience
Two to five years in a related improvement workplace
Engineering degree or recognized equivalent qualification
Experience working in unionized manufacturing is an asset
Strong technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Use automotive manufacturing knowledge, project management, and technical problem-solving skills to support Infasco Nut’s operational improvements.
