Apply AutoCAD and mechanical drafting skills as an Intermediate Mechanical Designer at BESTECH, supporting engineering projects through accurate technical documentation.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Mechanical Engineering Services, you will independently prepare mechanical designs, drawings, and documentation. The work includes field investigations, basic engineering calculations, mechanical systems layout, and collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams. BESTECH supports mining and industrial engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop mechanical drawings, equipment specifications, and bills of materials
Perform AutoCAD design and drafting to industry standards
Complete calculations for heat transfer, fluid flow, and equipment sizing




Conduct site investigations and verify equipment in industrial environments
Coordinate tasks, documentation, and project delivery with teams
Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
Four to ten years of relevant experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of mining and heavy industry standards and codes
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Bring mechanical drafting, technical documentation, and field investigation capabilities to BESTECH’s engineering services team supporting industrial projects.
