This part-time Teacher-Tutor role supports students across subjects, including language and social studies. Lessons are pre-planned, and Oxford Learning provides training in its proprietary philosophy and methods. You will guide students as an Interactive Coach while building their confidence and skills.
Key Responsibilities: Teach up to three students at different levels
Support elementary subjects in English and French
Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
Complete post-lesson notes after instruction
Maintain a friendly, professional manner
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or relevant certification
Kindergarten to Grade 9 curriculum knowledge
Teaching or tutoring experience at Kindergarten to Grade 9 level
Strong English written and oral communication
Availability Monday to Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings
Bring elementary tutoring, communication, and student guidance skills to Oxford Learning Burlington North during scheduled in-person shifts.
