Provide resident-focused nursing care as a casual Registered Nurse at Anson Place Care Centre in Hagersville, Ontario. Coordinate care plans and support residents throughout each shift.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse coordinates and oversees resident-focused care delivery. You will assess changing health statuses, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Long-term care experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments following required standards
Conduct unit rounds at shift beginnings and endings
Supervise PSWs and RPNs, assigning and evaluating work
Document nursing observations,



care, errors, and omissions
Requirements: Current Registered Nurse registration with applicable Canadian regulatory authority
Basic CPR certification
RAI-MDS AIS certification, or completion within one year
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
Transparent vulnerable sector screen, recent TB results, and three references
Bring registered nursing expertise, care planning, medication administration, and compassionate communication to residents at Anson Place Care Centre.
