Key Responsibilities: Create loyalty through needs-based customer conversations
Explain products, services, and digital banking channels
Drive outbound calling and appointment-setting conversations
Perform teller functions and balance cash daily
Refer needs across lending and business lines
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service experience required
One year banking experience preferred
Previous cash handling and teller experience preferred
Ability to obtain NMLS registration
